This is my 2nd C860 after my first one died due to a broken battery, which customer service ghosted me after I asked if they can replace it. I have also messaged them when I received my 2nd purchase because of the card that promises "Free gifts" if you review the camera, etc. where I was again not replied to. The interface on this new one seems to be different from the first one I purchased years ago since there are a lot of options on the settings menu now as well as a typo on the view mode where instead of "Front camera" is shows "Font camera". Also one thing I have noticed on this unit is that I have to power the camera on manually when I enter the vehicle or wait until I hit a speedbump/pothole before it turns on. I have the camera hardwired too so the parking mode and motion sensor should be working but it is not. As soon as I turn off the vehicle, the camera turns off as well. This might be my last purchase from Apeman and will be looking at different options after.
This is the 2nd camera I bought it, easy to Install and great pictures and easy to follow the menu.
I first purchased this camera for my Honda Pilot and it worked great, good video quality and cheap price. I decided to buy a second one for my Lexus, after installing it I suddenly found my radio signal was very weak. After researching I found that the dashcam is likely causing interference. Shame as this poor design has ruined this otherwise good product.
No problems with installation of it if you take you time and plot out ahead .Easy to read instructions. Works very well very impressed with the product and for the price .
